I wanted a chili dog and instead got chili tots. They didn’t get my order right. The tots were good however, the burger, was probably the worst fast food burger I ever had and maybe that’s because it’s the first time I’ve ever had Krystal.

Horrible! Wish I could rate a ZERO! It was the worst food I’ve ever gotten at Krystal. I waited a good ten minutes with no other cars in line. I thought the food would be FRESH. What a joke the food wasn’t edible. None of the food was warm!!! The Krystal’s were Mustard burgers…literally soaked in mustard. I will not be returning. I wish I’d taken all of the food back instead of throwing it in garbage. I can’t do online survey because I threw food and receipt away.

This visit was a drive thru. There are outdoor tables however I have seldom seen them utilized. A dozen Krystal burgers is sometimes the PERFECT thing.

This is the second time that I have gone to Krystal and had to wait more than twenty minutes in my food. The first time I ordered a four Krystal cheese combo and that was all I ordered and waited over 30 minutes. That was 2 weeks ago. It wasn’t even 10 o’clock. Tonight it was 11:35 when I got to the menu to order and was treated with “I just want to let you know that all of our orders are cooked to order right now so there’s gonna be a wait.” I explained it was fine, that I understood because it was late and we had a kind of big order. But when we got to the window, the guy there was not nice. He was actually very rude and irritated. I’m sure because we came through late and ordered 24 Krystals. I have never had a bad experience with Krystals as far as customer service is concerned, but this was very disappointing.

Left food out of the order. Was home before realizing it. Had to go back to get the Krystal chick’s and then by the time I got back home the fries and the rest of the meal was cold. And no fault of this location but Krystal now has the worst fresh fries in the industry.

Food was good but not made how we wanted. None of us wanted mustard and I believe we all got extra mustard. Whoever has the mustard bottle in there needs a restrictor plate put on it learn not everybody wants a mustard sandwich add meat and cheese.
