Service was great, food was atrocious. Shared the Krystal 12 pack with my kids. They were very soggy, no flavor, and probably not safe for human consumption. Never been there before, will never return. Worst burgers we ever ate, also the most expensive for what they were. Definitely not real beef, probably dog meat. The “meat” Pattie’s are gray.

This is the absolutely worst place to get food from period went through drive through sat there for 5 minutes. No one even came over the intercom. Nothing no one else was in drive through I was the only car. Never ever came over to intercom and said be right with you. I mean, nothing drove off, and they’re laughing at the drive through window. Absolutely the worst customer service. How this place is still open?

Fries not cooked. Hamburgers were nasty. Took one bite threw them away. Employee used restroom dressed in dirty clothes didn’t wash his hands. Never again… Tried your number doesn’t work. That figures.

I went through the drive thru a few weeks ago and ordered 4 chicks and a Krystal and a small fry. My total was $18. All the chicks were cold and the Krystal was dried out and the meat was hard. I got it for my winnie dog and she wouldn’t even eat it. She ended up eating the chicks and I ate the fries. At least they were warm. As I was leaving, I saw 3 employees sitting on the sidewalk, smoking with their friends who were in 2 separate cars. I was there around 6 o’clock and ate in my car and I never saw another car come through. Speaking of the parking lot, there was a hole the size of my car that I had to go around just to get in. I will never go back.

Wrost trip to Krystal ever. It was nasty in the kitchen and lobby. The food was nasty. I took my cheese fries back and got a refund. Well they said the money will be backon my card and got home and it still ant there. After hours later. The workers wasn’t even in the there they was all out side smoking. We will never be back again. Oo and all the tables was not wiped off food all in the flour in the kitchen .

It’s a Crystal’s, so I’m not sure what can be said. This wasn’t the cleanest property. The food served its purpose. Just there for my husband’s liking of these sandwiches. I got a chicken sandwich, which had a good flavor.
