I waited 30 mins for food that i never got. I had to ask how much longer and they had said they forgot that they are making it now but I just said I’d like my money back which I did receive. There was no one in the dinning area and maybe one car in the drive thru so I just didn’t understand how it was so easy to forget.

All I can say is very rude and disrespectful. I showed up at this location at 8:03 pm doors were locked. One employee came to the door and said the drive thru only is open. I explained that I’m driving a semi and unable to make it thru the drive thru. Employee looked me square in the face and said “NOT MY PROBLEM” then shut the door and locked it. This is no way to run a business.. I frequent Krystal’s all over this county and never once have I had this experience. Shame on you.
