Manager was rude and the music was so loud you could not hear what was being repeated back to you from the employees. When I stated there was a mistake the managers reply was what do you want me to do about it. So unprofessional. Rincon’s manger needs to be seriously retrained. You can not talk to customers like that. She needs to realize if its not for paying customers she would not have a job.

We went through the drive thru and they are so short-staffed. I simply asked the clerk to read my orders back to me so I could make sure it was right and the manager boisterously talked over her and quite rudely told me my order so I thought in my head “not today baby” and my face must have showed what I was thinking and feeling bc I kind of sat there a minute like “no she didn’t” and the other lady opened the window and said “I’m sorry I just came back today, we are so short staffed, we only have 3 workers here to 3 managers” ok, I’m sorry you’re short staffed and I’m sorry Ibasked for my order to be read back to me when I saw you putting 3 very wrong things on the counter, but other than attirude the food was decent and right
