The last few times we have been here something went wrong. Three weeks ago we went and sat at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes and nobody ever answered the speaker. So we left. Went tonight around 5:30 and again at the speaker for 10 minutes decided to go inside and just see what is going on, one guy was doing something with the buns like what is he doing? He was not getting any out to put on the grill or anything…just touching them. Look like a new girl walked in and went to go clock in and after 10 more minutes inside waiting to see if we could get service a heavy set woman slowly drags herself to the counter. The look of her was like she just didn’t want to be there. She is probably just exhausted from working so much cause you can’t find anyone that wants to work anymore. But this is just a constant thing at this location. No customer service skills what so ever!! Sad to see a well known fast food restaurant is going downhill so fast! There is a few good employees here but for the most part they can’t do it all 7 days a week. Corporate needs to get involved!!

The restaurant was very clean, as well as the restroom. There was only one lady running both drive thru and front counter but she was nice, friendly and on top of things. The guys in the kitchen was doing a jam up job as well. My food was hot and fresh and I didn’t have to wait it. I want to thank that crew for my whole experience. Keep it up!

I was so disappointed!!! We don’t have Crystal’s near us so when we visit Georgia we always get Crystal’s! After not having Crystal’s for SEVEN years it was very disappointing. We had a 12 sack that had burnt onions, burnt burger patties, and a tiny line of mustard (just a single tiny line across the bun)!! Please do better for the people who only get Crystal’s every few years!! I do NOT recommend this Krystal’s!!

I have never been to a Krystal, so I attempted to order off the pick 5 menu to try a variety. I was hoping to order a sundae, but no sundaes or shakes. Of the 5 things I ordered. 1 Tater tots were ho hum, 2 icee drink was ok, 3 cheese Krystal is tiny flat patty, not my preference, 4 Jr chili cheese dog was pretty spot on, 5 apple pie was decent, but borderline burning hot on tongue. Drive thru attendant was somewhat distracted, but I am not sure by what as place seemed quiet/empty. Drive thru sign should be updated as other options on it were NA. I will not be hurrying back.

I ordered the 5 Krystals with cheese and chili cheese fries meal. When I got home and opened the chili cheese fries, I discovered that they didn’t put any chili cheese on my fries. They just threw plain fries in the container that chili cheese fries go in, and closed the box up knowing that they seen there were no chili cheese on the fries. I paid extra to only receive regular fries.
