I ordered 12 Krystal’s with cheese and was asked to pull up to the curb while the put them together. I am the only customer there when I pull in and I’m on the curb for about five minutes before somebody else pulled in. This car is also asked to pull up to the curb beside me. I see a lady walk from the building, carrying a bag of food and wearing her sanitary gloves while eating a Krystal on her way out the door and across the parking lot. She walks over to the car beside me and hands the lady in the car the bag of food, and starts to walk away. The lady opens the bag sticks her hand in and notices. It’s not her food and calls the lady back to her car. This lady takes the bag of food and brings it over to me and says here’s your water. I told the lady you’ve got to be crazy if I’m going to except the food that that lady over there just stuck her hand down in and went through. She told me she would take the bag back inside and redo it and I told her just to give me my money back. I asked her if I could see the manager and she told me she was the manager. I will never go back to this place again and I feel sorry for anybody who mistakenly gets food from this place he gets sick. I can’t believe a restaurant would be like this with Covid of all things.

I ordered 4 Krytals with extra onions. I live right across the street and the bread was hard and everything was luke warm. No extra onions and barely any mustard. Very disappointing. I will drive further to Wendy’s and get more for my buck. Will be filing a complaint with corporate. I took pictures

Ordered 4 cheese krystals. I was the only car in drive thru so they weren’t busy. I got 4 cold Krystals, with dry buns, cold meat, and un-melted cheese. If I wasn’t a couple miles down the road and in a hurry I would’ve taken it back.

It took 20 minutes to get my order and it was so salty. I ordered 12 cheese Krystals and every single one was extremely salty. I didn’t know they season or salt the burgers at all. I want to complain to get my order replaced but I’m weird about complaining about my foo for fear of someone intentionally tampering with my food. So I resorted to this review.
