This place used to be good, but the burgers are dry and over cooked, tots are burnt and just some off putting aftertaste. It cost over $50 for two adults and one child. I spend half that for in-n-out and that is way better. Will not come back, just can’t justify it.

Got our order wrong twice and the staff argued with us that they read our incorrect order back to us. Service wasn’t great either. Coming from a server from multiple restaurants and casinos, its not that hard to fake a smile or apologize even if you fully believe you did nothing wrong. We’re not mad, just disappointed. Do better.

Used to be a good place to eat. But the meat is all just reheated chicken pattys now. Kinda pricey, and they managed to get my order incorrect twice. After which I gave up and went somewhere else. Won’t be back.

Used to enjoy this place but hasn’t been consistent. Had the original krush burger with lettuce & tomato & cheese & philly slider. Original had a bad after taste that I couldn’t endure so it got tossed into the garbage. Garlic fries were greasy & oily to the point I didn’t finish those. My little brother & I were severely disappointed after spending $40.00 on just 2 meals & fries & drinks. Definitely not worth the price for the quality & consistency. No point in complaining because front employee was training & had no idea what he was doing. Menu is a scam and a sham. Overly priced items that are highway robbery! Combo offers no discount. Tired of being duped by this establishment.

The burgers weren’t bad, and shake was alright. But the entire meal was ruined by the disgustingly greasy garlic fries. They were the worst fries I’ve had in my life, soaked in grease. The bag was transparent due to the amount of grease soaking through. I’m not sure why anyone would serve something like this. I tried to eat a few of the fries and felt sick until the next morning. I placed them where they belonged, in the trash.

Gone are the Krush burger glory days, this was my last visit here. I’m guessing the ownership changed because the quality has gone down for a second time. The chicken is super processed and molded like an oversized Tyson chicken nugget. What I’m hoping are beef patties are paper thin. Restaurant is fairly dirty. Service was good and food came out promptly but that isn’t enough to keep me coming back.

Raw, tiny, gross tasting burgers. Ketchup packets were covered in some brown liquid. Employees too busy watching tv. Hopefully after we spent almost $50 for two adults and two toddlers, we don’t get food poisoning…. Never again.
