It used to be that I would only use Krogers deli. It is not always open nowadays. It was open Friday when I was there and I needed lunch meat. The woman behind the counter spent more time telling me that “they” expected me to purchase the presliced instead of having her cut it thinner then she did cutting the turkey and ham! She actually made me feel terrible for wanting fresh sliced meat. I picked up the presided American cheese and when I tried to take slices for the lunches I was making they were so stuck together they were just breaking in pieces. It makes me sad that Kroger doesn’t seem to want our business unless we just except 2nd rate product and service.
