Food is mid. Pizza is the best item on the menu but you can go to Rutgers and get pizza that tastes the same if not better. The pasta ($20) was ok— the sauce consistency was a bit more watery. Just wasn’t that flavorful. No napkins on the counters and when you ask they give you 3 napkins for 2 people. One plus is that everything is halal. I wish the food was better but just save the trip and go to the Rutgers area.

Service and quality have significantly gone down. But more importantly front staff is rude, disrespectful, and always have an attitude. Had the woman hang up on me and talking down to a paying customer as if she’s doing someone a favor. If you don’t like your job, go somewhere else! The time before that I didn’t get my food for over 2 hours and had to call them 2x for an update. I never received an apology or any type of compensation. Just said “oh we forgot to put the order in” after they had taken my money. Spend your money and time elsewhere. Do not go here!!Food is below average anyways.

This place is an absolute mess. The food is mid at best and their delivery system is completely messed up. Took an hour and a half for a 10 minute drive on a Thursday at 1pm. We finally call them at 1 hour and 15 minutes and are told there was an undisclosed “problem” and that they would be leaving now. The driver SPEEDS through our apartment complex, with children mind you. No apology, nothing. The SINGLE pizza we ordered was ice cold. I gave them a call back and she said the delivery drivers truck was broken so he had to fix it – he was driving a gold sedan. Once again, not even a single apology. All I was offered was her to speak to a manager TOMORROW and a possible discount on my next order. As if I would want mediocre food that takes almost two hours to get 10 minutes down the road and is stone cold. This is NJ there’s better pizza every block. Will never be returning here.

I used to love Krispy Krust. The pizza was always good and customer service was great. Lately I’ve noticed that my orders are coming later and later, until tonight where I ordered from Grubhub and had to wait over two hours, only to be told 15 more minutes twice (over 30 minutes) between calls. When I called customer service for Grubhub, come to find out that Krispy Krust told them the order was delivered. Well, I’m immensely disappointed, especially with wanting some pizza to celebrate the end of Ramadan.

I don’t know what kind of people are rating thos place but I’ve had pizza from all over central jersey and this place is pretty bad. I’ve tried them 3 times and the quality of the ingredients and taste of the pies are subpar. It’s safe to say I won’t ever be trying them again.

I ordered cheese steak with peppers and onion and I felt like I was eating pepper sandwich, must have ran out of steak, Hello, worst sub ever. Cheese was over powerful and made a mess of the sub.
