Order a 5-piece meal during lunch. I came home and 3 of the 5 wings were old and shriveled up. I called to let them know. I was told in order to replace the wings, I would have to come back up to the KKC to have them replaced. I told them, I’m at work and couldn’t leave back, and they pretty much said F&” K you. For me to have to stop work and bring the wings back up to the establishment in order to be replaced is crazy. Horrible customer service! I will not be going back.

Ordered 5 pieces wings and potato wedges. Two of the chicken wings had feather and the wedges were no fresh it was dry..

This Krispy Krunchy location only carries a few menu items: bone-in chicken, tenders, shrimp, fish, fries, potato wedges, and biscuits. No other items are available, even though the full franchise menu is displayed. Biscuits are made once at the beginning of the day and are only available until they run out. Shrimp are made to order, which is kind of nice. There’s nowhere to even stand inside; they have multiple signs asking you to return to your car to wait for your order.

I go here every now and then. I would give it 5 stars but it was disappointing yesterday. No chicken breasts up so I had to change my order a little, tenders and fries are usually hot but were just barely warm. I will still be back though. Food is yummy overall.
