My order began with them not having the bread for the Po Boy I wanted so I ordered something else. Then they gave us the hardest batch of fries I’ve ever attempted to eat in my life. They didn’t look too burnt but they were severely overcooked and none of us ate them. The fish saved the meal. The fish was seasoned very well and had a good taste to it. My son enjoyed the chicken tenders and they appeared tasty. If you go here I’d only recommend the fried catfish.

Favorite take out spot for a catfish dinner. The dill tartar sauce sets the meal off! Staff is always friendly and fast. Never a long wait and the food is delicious.

I must say never ever will I spend my money with this place. I use to love their fish. I had ordered 4, 10pc Nugget baskets, and a 2pc fish w/4shrimp basket. I am so so disappointed in this food. I don’t recommend any one to get anything from them. All of the orders looked like what you would order for a child. Very unhappy and unsatisfied. Wasted $65.00 on bullshit

I gotta say, I came here because the reviews were all good(except one) and as I walked in I was wondering if I should believe the reviews? It’s a small place, it could use a little TLC and the a/c might need some help but we stayed and ate and I have to say…. It was pretty darn good. The fish filets were great and the fries were pretty crispy. The shrimp was a good size and the breading was fried to just the right crispness. The breading could use a little more seasoning but it was still good. I had tried a small place off of Altamesa also and this place blew that one away. I will be coming back. The staff was friendly also. But please do something about the a/c

The customer service was on point today. They closed down for a while for improvements/repairs but I couldn’t see any. The place looks outdated and in need of a major facelift. My fish was good (the filet was huge), fries were ok, and huspuppies were small and not all that good. I will consider going back but no time soon.

Had to pay $2 more for the onion rings but the onion rings were fried too hard and tasted really greasy. The catfish just wasn’t cooked all the way it’s mushy so I had to return it. And they don’t give utensils either
