The food here was excellent! Not high end by any means but it was all fresh and hot and above all tasted great. We got burgers, fries and ice cream cones. The ice cream held up to the heat and the strawberry lemon twist was refreshing on such a hot day. On top of all that the service was great. They worked efficiently to take orders out of the two little windows.

Food is alright, could be better. Not sure if the employees are always rude or just racist. Twice my bf has gotten food from here and as he is still trying to order more, the worker cuts him off or he is just simply rushed like he’s an inconvenience. When I come, the employees are always super nice. We don’t come to this location for that reason. Do better.

Burgers are of the thin, smashburger style. Cheese curds are fantastic. Just some picnic tables under shade if you want to “eat in.” Krekel’s is excellent at what they do – fast, made to order burgers, sides, and ice cream.

First time eating here. Visiting from out of town. Very awesome! We had the lemon ice cream for dessert! I knew when I saw a railroad worker walk away with a tall yellow ice cream cone that it had to be good! Burgers are great two! I recommend a double.

Stopped in for ice cream. The strawberry ice cream had very little strawberry flavor. It mostly tasted like food coloring. We will try a different Krekel’s this week, but we won’t return to this one.
