It was our first time here. I got a catfish basket. I will try the other stuff later. The food was good and the portions were ok. The atmosphere was casual.They also serve alcohol. I don’t drink so I didn’t order any beer.

3 stars because the food is great! Our server was very kind. However, it took over 30 min for someone to take our order after we had been sat down due to miscommunication between servers. Then another 45 min for food to come out. Our poor server was running all over, trying to get everything done she could while one other server stood around and talked more than she waited tables or helped out the other servers. It was incredibly sad to watch. Food sat in the window getting cold, and instead of helping, she would whip her long hair around and walk by it or just look at it from where she was standing and talking. Several people got up and walked out before getting food while we waited. Had we not driven over an hour for all you can eat crab legs, we would have headed home or someplace else.

Food is great! But service is so unmanaged, and disorganized. The waitresses are trying, but with no management, or organization, it kills service. We watched 4 tables walk out because food took way too long. This is our second time driving an hour to come out and service be embarrassing slow. Hope they improve. Not sure if we will be back

We drove 2 hours from Benton, Kentucky and were excited about the all you can eat crabs yet a little skeptical as not knowing what to expect of the flavor…they did not disappoint..the flavor of the crab was amazing not to mention the smashed potatoes which were to die for and the corn…we ate until we couldn’t eat no more….the crabs had tons of meat and gain the flavor was delicious.. we will definitely be back..thanks for the amazing food and service
