Fantastic little place with amazing service. I had the regular pork sandwich, and it was well-seasoned with just enough crispy burned ends for texture. It was a little on the small side, so if you have a big appetite spring for the jumbo.

Just ate here recently and it was delicious. I’ve been wanting to go eat there ever since having it catered at my work and it was really good! We had the country fried steak and veggies, as well as a pulled pork sandwich and fries. It was made fresh and tasted great. I will definitely be back.

The service was fantastic from my server, however I did not see the same from other customers. A server decided to speak to a group that I assume are regulars for the hour I spent there dining. The other server that was behind the counter had to pick up the slack and did a wonderful job.

First time visit. Arrived just before 7a and place had a few patrons. Service was fast, coffee was flowing! I had omelet of choice with biscuit and food was great. Omelet was great, not greasy. Dining was comfortable, cool for a already hot summer morning! By the time I left it was slowly filling up around 7:30. I’ll definitely go back.

Keep trying to give this place a chance but they keep blowing it. Decent food but here are my last four experiences from past to present. 1) Pulled pork sandwich to go (while there, not that busy). 45 minute wait. 2) Pulled more sandwich to go (while there) over 45 minute wait. 3) Regular order, acceptable wait time. 4) Pulled chicken order to go, get home, box of 5 onion rings and 4 shrimp. I was 1 of 2 people in the restaurant.

Let me make it easy for you. Go to Plumpy’s! Exceptional food AND staff. That is hard to find these days! I have lived in Memphis my entire life, and have made the rounds to all the “must try” bbq and rib joints this city has got to offer. Plumpy’s is at the top of my list. The management and staff are always incredibly friendly with excellent service. This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Arlington. My advice; bring your fork, because these ribs will not stay on the bone! Plumpy’s deserves more than 5 stars in my book. Keep up the great work guys!

This is a really good breakfast spot. It doesn’t look like it it looks like a drive-through barbecue restaurant. Which certainly it serves that purpose. The barbecues a little peppery and may or may not be what you’re used to. I think it’s pretty good. But I want to brag on their breakfast for a minute. I really enjoy Saturday mornings in Arlington at this little spot.

Great place! Close to home, good food, and usually really nice staff! And then you get that one! When you walk in and smile to wait to be seated and she just stares, so you seat your self. That one that doesn’t ask how you are or even a hello. She said what do you want to drink?? I said hi twice before telling her I am saying hi, then I told her what we wanted to drink….she acted as if she was annoyed that she had to work, we were bothering her, and this was not a young woman. Old enough to know how to treat paying guest. You wait all week for your Friday night to finally get here and so you want to go some where with good service. Next time I go here and she is there I will not stay …needs an attitude adjustment! Will not put her name on here but will speak to someone about her. But on the bright side food was good as usual! If not for her it would have been a 5…
