Came here on recommendation from a colleague. The atmosphere upon entering is like a higher end Vietnamese/Japanese restaurant. Definitely not your average bread and butter Vietnamese. Imagine a more elevated experience.

Been here a few times. Like that there’s a vegetarian section of the menu; I’ve had their vegetarian tofu lemongrass vermicelli and their vegetarian banh xeo. The vermicelli was good, decent amount and flavor (sorry I was so hungry at the time and didn’t take a picture). Banh xeo crepe was nice and crispy but unhappy with a few things:

It’s one of my favorite restaurants. Everytime we try different food. We had Kushiyaki, rice vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken, and spicy lobster roll.

Wow, the reviews don’t do this place justice. This is a fresh foodie haven. All the food is soooooooo good. Some of the best crunchy tempura I have ever had, the fried dumplings were so flavorful and with the nice sour dipping sauce that I love. We got the young coconut drink that others raved about and it was delicious! I also got sushi that was so fresh and the fried items included were so crisp. All the vegetables were so crisp and fresh. The pho was so rich and clean with huge depth. I am depressed I live in phx, because this would be my new weekly haunt. My aunt will be back and will be taking everyone.

Overall we enjoyed this place. We had some items from the Vietnamese and Japanese menus. Ingredients were fresh, but I think the Vietnamese offerings were maybe not what we were expecting from a flavor standpoint (specifically some of the grilled meats). We would certainly go back – maybe our standards are too high. The place was also quite pleasant, as was the service.

Spectacular Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. This is some of the best food you can get in Delaware County Pennsylvania. I love what we ordered so much, that I posted a picture of the receipt that contains exactly what we ordered. I highly recommend what we ordered. We don’t eat out very often, but we think we will frequent this place now.

Koy has a great selection of delicious Vietnamese food. BYOB. Their avocado smoothie was so tasty. Service staffs were friendly and attentive.

Tried Koy twice in the last month, takeout both times. The food was enjoyable but the waits were horrendous. Ordered two banh mi’s each time. While the ETA provided at the time of order was “ready in 30 mins,” the first time it took 45 mins and the second time 55 mins for the two sandwiches. The restaurant was less than half full both times with some tables already eating so it wasn’t an issue of being busy.

This place is the absolute best. The service is great, the employees are friendly, and the prices are spot on. Their food is unbelievable, the absolute best pho I have ever had, best sushi in the area, and don’t sleep on the takoyaki. My father is a world traveler and has spent many years in Japan and was blown away by the fact that they offered live uni. He said this is the only place in USA he has ever had it. Do yourself a favor and try this place out.
