Love everything about this place from the food to the staff, but I’d love it even more if they would find a way to shade the afternoon/evening sun so that we aren’t blinded while eating. The shades that they do have only cover half of the window, so something that will go all the way to the floor would be perfect. Other than that, can’t complain! Love the food!

I come here alot. I always get sushi rolls with egg roll sauce. Before you could get a couple for free. Then they want to charge $1.00 for them okay I understand why. But today I call speak to the owner and can’t get egg roll sauce without buying egg rolls which in my opinion is absolutely stupid. I go in and ask again the lady wants to charge $2.00 for a little container of egg roll sauce which isn’t even filled up all the way they are usually filled up halfway or less. If I’m paying $60+ for freaking food I should get a sauce that I want. I’m sure the restaurant isn’t going to go broke giving out little cups of sauce.

This is a place that I normally buy a lot of food from all the time, but now they are acting different with the service, trying to charge two dollars for a little amount of egg sauce, knowing that I just spent $60 on a lot of sushi.

Definitely won’t be visiting again. After waiting 30 mins I received my order. Which was a COOKED sushi roll the “Seattle Roll” I looked at my food before I left and it was raw salmon on top. A nice gentleman next to me told me he’s tried the roll before and said it was cooked. After showing him he tells me it was not cooked at all, and he didn’t know what that was. I went back inside and told the receptionist and she tells me “they don’t cook any of their seafood.” Well why would you have it under the cooked section if you don’t cook your seafood? I was refused to getting my money back which was very upsetting. I purchased something else and it was made in 2 minutes and I left. First and last time I’ll give this place my business.

Food is good but customer service is the WORST. Rude staff and I was given a 20 minute time frame. When I got there another customer had waited almost an hour for her food. The cashier continued taking phone-in orders & telling people that their orders would be ready in 20 minutes. My order was finally ready after almost 44 minutes. This was my 2nd bad experience with them. I won’t be back.
