Decent little taco shop right on the thorough fair. There is a small park to the North, and a couple of people tied their dogs there while they ate. The outdoor seating area overlooks the park. There are also seating areas right against 101 as well. Nice place to people watch while you wait for your food, if that’s for your thing. The food was pretty expensive, but everything in the area is similarly priced. Food was quickly made, tasted great, and very filling. Not much more you can ask for!

I have had two Fish burritos so far and my husband has had a few also. They have always been great, with a lot of fish. It is our favorite place to get Fish burritos. My husband has had the Fish & Chips burrito which he likes a lot. The Nachos Supreme is large with a lot of meat. Kotija Jr. is not a fancy place to eat, so don’t expect the people behind the counter to wait on you like a server in a restaurant. They have always been decent and friendly, so I don’t know what other reviewers are talking about when they say they are rude or have an attitude.

Plates look good but taste is below average of any Mexican Restaurant. It’s sad because we have been here a few years ago and was very good then. No idea if the chef changed but definitely not worth the money. Carne asada was very tough to chew. The fish tasted old plus oil used to fry tasted overused if that’s the right word. I hope they pay attention to these details cos the location is great and I definitely want to see them succeed always!

Place is cozy, and the service was good. The food was great , hot, fresh, and I loved the lettuce and tomatoes on my quesadilla and rolled tacos. Bathroom was clean and sanitary. Great place to eat after a busy day out

The adobada taco was good, but the pollo asado taco was the best I’ve had! I was honestly surprised how good it was. The guacamole and salsa were also very good. I will definitely visit this place again. My wife had fish tacos and said they were the best she’s ever had!

Visiting from Las Vegas, ordered through Doordash for delivery and I thought that the Huevos Rancheros was phenomenal. My taste buds were dancing to the flavors! Especially the beans which had a sweet, savory kick to them. The paper bag was stapled for extra security, with the plastic bag inside with the food. Breakfast was a success!!!

Delicious food and great options! They have deep fried avocado tacos that resemble fish tacos which I love because I am plant based! The also have potato tacos, mushroom tacos, tacos de nopal (cactus) and mixed veggies tacos. The customer service is awesome and they have outdoor seating which I love!
