Overall great value price. Some of the dishes tasted a bit plain, for example, beef chow fun. Assorted beef was tasty. Beef belly, tripe and tendon were all very tender and flavorful. It also came with a decent amount of broccoli. Golden lava French toast was very filling. I really enjoyed the running salty egg yolk custard!

Like many hyped-up restaurants eventually do, Kong Sihk Tong has reduced portions and raises prices. We didn’t get anywhere near the bang for the buck as we had a year ago.

It’s so cute and feels super authentic. It’s fast service and they want you to go just as fast only because it’s so busy and the turnover is high. It feels a bit rushed, especially if you are here with friends. The portions are quite big. I love the chicken wings and grapefruit sause. It was the BEST thing I’ve had. The sause was so good, and the pineapple bun was so fresh, but I think the butter was too thick. The fried rice and ramen are so good and comforting. Definitely recommend the chicken chop noodles. Def worth checking out

Service was on point, very quick and efficient. The food itself was just alright. The curry didn’t have too much flavor and the HK milk tea had way too much milk in it. The best of the dishes was the baked spaghetti, this one actually had some good flavors. All in all, I might try something else here if I come with someone else but I wouldn’t choose to come back on my own for the food

You have to go in to get in a wait line

What a great value place! We went on a nice weather Sunday around noon time – the wait was over an hour long. However, once you are seated, the meal comes out quick and the portion is more than sufficient for such a low price. We got 3 appetizers, a beverage, and an entree and it was more than enough for 2 people with the bill coming out to be around $36. Located in Chinatown, parking may be hard to find though the place is within walking distance from subway. Would come back during a less busy time!

For affordable Hong Kong eats in Chinatown, this is an amazing spot. There is always a wait so, I’d suggest going early to get on the wait list. We went on a Friday dinner 6:15ish, got seated around 6:40. There is a bit of a wait for larger parties but worth the wait.

Great food at pretty good price! The only issue is getting seating. Would go again, cash recommended. Get their dumplings and deep friend crispy buns with condensed milk

Very popular spot in Chinatown. I did takeout, the service was friendly.

HK lava french toast is great! Even though it’s deep fried and has a rich egg yolk filling, it does not feel greasy at all—the exterior has been patted dry. The toast and tea were warm, comforting, and moderately sweet. Service could be improved slightly though. I waited ten minutes for my change even though there was a line out the door.
