I was so disappointed! I ordered the beef bento box but the beef was like rubber and I couldn’t eat eat it. I complained but they wouldn’t give me something else. Their California roll wasn’t very good either. The photo is what I left on my plate. I tried to email them

We are so happy to have this sushi restaurant in our neighborhood. We use to drive to Long Beach for sushi because we didn’t like any of them in the area (and we have tried them all!) Ever since Some came to the neighborhood we have been ordering weekly! The sunrise and sunset rolls are so yummy. The poke nachos are fun. All of their sashimi is so fresh. We have tried a lot of the menu at this point and have never been disappointed with anything!!

The quality of fish and service here is amazing, the chefs and owner are super nice and have asked us for feedback in person as we are regulars and we couldn’t complain about anything! The hotate de uni is to die for when they have uni available. All of the rolls we have tried have been amazing including all of the rolls included in the special they have going on. I have even tried the garlic noodles as an entree as was not disappointed. If you haven’t tried this place yet you definitely should!!

Kome is minutes away, so it’s convenient. The eel in Kome’s caterpillar roll was a bit chewy, not tender. I love Kome’s baked lobster and baked scallop rolls, so that’s what I’ll stick to. Prices are a little high for the quality. Take-out service was good.

My family has been coming here for a few months now and the sushi is excellent quality as well as the sashimi. The staff is always very friendly and has great service. We usually order the hotate de uni which is one of the specialty dishes that is very delicious. Also as someone else mentioned the sunrise and sunset rolls are very tasty as well. Would highly recommend anyone to try this place if they haven’t!
