Found this little gem randomly yesterday. Honey and I were craving ramen and Kombu was the closest spot. Good came out steaming hot (just the way I like it), green tea was delicious (yes the have the good ice), and boy did their fried shrimp have a great crunch! Overall recommend. We will definitely be back to try their sushi offerings very soon.

Kombu Sushi Ramen is SO GOOD! Definitely one of the better Japanese restaurants in this part of Orlando! We visited here earlier today and every single thing we got was awesome! We came for lunch on a weekday and it wasn’t very busy, and we finished within a half-hour. I have heard from other reviews it can get quite busy here though (as it is pretty small), so keep that in mind!

Went for lunch and got the chicken teriyaki, pork belly buns and chicken katsu curry. All three dishes were good. The katsu was cooked perfect and the curry sauce was delicious. The teriyaki box had the soup, salad, sushi and chicken and all tasted good. The Japanese green tea was refreshing also.

The food was delicious and you can taste the quality and freshness. The staff was super friendly. You have got to try the green tea tiramisu, which was amazing

The food for the most part was good. Volcano roll was one of the best I ever had. However one plate tasted very bad almost like a mercury/polluted taste. They ended up charging me for my soup a day salad because I returned that plate. I offered to buy another $15 volcano roll instead of them charging me for a soup and salad, they refused. The two servers were very nice, the guy making the sushi gets frustrated easily and his business sense isn’t very good. I would have taken the $15 and deleted the soup and salad charge (those come free with what I had ordered, and I wouldn’t have eaten them if I knew they’d charge me).

The rolls are very unique and interesting. The proportion of fish and rice are perfect.

I visited this place for the first time this week and I was very impressed. The menu had a wide variety of options, but not so extensive that it was overwhelming. Everything was made fresh and the weight stuff was incredibly kind and helpful. I can’t wait to visit again.

Highly recommend! So good! We have been driving by here for quite a while and I am sad we haven’t stopped in sooner! We had the gyoza and pork belly buns for appetizers. Then sushi and ramen for our meal. All was excellent. Will be our go to sushi and ramen place for sure!!!
