I have found my new café.

Cashier was rude. She was listening to music and eating while we were trying to order our food. Food was thrown into a bag and thrown on counter. We weren’t asked if we wanted it heated. Everything was cold. We talked to someone who claimed to be the manager, who pulled Cashier away and laughed about our complaints. Cashier returned to register and continued eating while taking next orders. Cashiers seemed more fixed on the tip jars than helping. Horrible customer service.

I mainly go to the Overland Park location, but my experience was less than ideal here. The cashier was listening to music on headphones and messed up part of our order. The food is tasty, but they were out of some popular items.

Awful experience! Went in Sunday morning for the cherry bread tall man took over 10 minutes taking my order only to tell me there were none left after I had been charged. Younger female cashier approached the situation and handled it well he has ruined multiple visits as he hides in the back to avoid interaction please revise with cashier never going back!

Horrible service today. Had to wait over five minutes for someone to show up behind the counter to wait on us. Bought six kolaches, asked that they be put in a box so that I could identify them later. The clerk refused, saying I had to buy a dozen or more to get a box. I’ve been there many times before and they’ve put them in a box and labeled the lid. Not going back again.
