I’ve eaten here before years ago and the food and service was great, so I was looking forward to introducing my husband to the kolache rolls. Todays food and service was horrible! The strudel was rock hard and I was told with an attitude well you took a bite so I’m not changing it everyone knows they come that way and then they started speaking in Spanish to each other. The best one today was the biscuit and gravy it had some flavor and it saucy, the others didn’t have any flavor and they were dry. The egg cheese and ham croissant had very little meat and cheese as the steak and egg and bacon and egg were the same. Dry, no flavor, very little cheese. I was beyond disappointed with the food and service. I won’t be returning to this location and it’s possible I won’t eat at another one. I’d recommend trying a much nicer location if your taste buds want one of these. There are also gnats flying around and of course the food is uncovered. On a good note the lobby and bathroom were clean and looked welcoming.

Food is good, service has been horrible since day 1, and as a vegetarian I dislike they don’t label items in the box better. When I ask if they could box items separately by the type I’m always told no. Place is good but if you get this for a party or shareable item, know the inside will be a guessing game. I’ve always had bad service (but good food) in fairness I always get the same employees (slim bald guy)

If god created the perfect breakfast item it would be these Kolaches. THEY ARE BETTER AND BETTER EVERY TIME I COME IN!!! And yea, I had to heat one up in a cup because my hotel room did not have plates left but it still was a 20/10 in taste!

The Kolache’s are always amazing. The only issue has been service. Been here many times and I feel the service could be better. We placed an online order for our office with different names for each person’s order so that we didn’t get them mixed up. We did this three times. They got it right 1 of 3 times. My most recent visit, I had a coupon for a free Kolache and a small coffee with any purchase. Little did I know, the fine print said it was expired by a few days. Needless to say, I was not happy when the manager pointed it out and didn’t honor it. I left empty handed. I get it, it was expired but to not do anything for me, I felt they could have done something to keep a happy customer.
