Food was so unsatisfying. Their salad is smaller than a woman’s fist, and the one I ordered had just some carrots and cucumbers soaked in soy sauce, and their sweet potato fries were very soggy – yuck! And the ketchup did not go well with those sweet potato fries… no… their sushi was extremely mediocre – it wasn’t even good. I ordered two rolls, and they only gave half a roll per roll, like, it’s overpriced. I will not be going back.

Not impressed. Will not come back. Udon soup had little to no flavor, the noodles are soft/over cooked. Sushi, the packer backer was blah, the spider was ok, definitely needed wasabi and soy sauce. The sashimi was low average, I would strongly suggest heading a few blocks over to Nakashima of Japan 100x better. – Personally, I wish we got more food for the price.

Went for my daughters birthday with 14 of us. With a reservation. On a Monday night . Showed up for our reservation and told to stand at the bar. Waited about 20 minutes and asked when we could be seated. They informed us they were waiting for us to tell them. We were not told this. Was out of half the menu. All but one desert. Took forever to get refills on drinks. Food took about a hour (which is fine I get 14 of us). The waitress was kind. Pork pot stickers were the highlight of the food. Sushi was just okay.

Only gave a 2 star review because we asked for martinis during Happy Hour with Tito’s… martini was $7 and we were unexpectedly charged an ADDITIONAL $9 per martini for the Titos. 3 martinis cost is $48. This is absurd and even the servers agreed when I questioned my bill, thinking the total should be $9 (a $2 up charge seemed reasonable, not $9). Hoping management sees this review and adjusts their pricing and I will be happy to edit the review when the change is made so others aren’t paying this ridiculous price. So disappointing.

This was an awesome sushi restaurant. Probably even beats any Californian sushi place I’ve been to.

Nice find and a cozy place, good for a date. The sushi rolls are definitely on the better half of the spectrum. Everything was tasty. I will go back and try a few more some time.

Trying to decide if this is the best sushi in town. If it’s not it’s a close second. Love the music playlist here. Staff is effective efficient and courteous. We love sitting and watching the sushi being prepared. Thanks Bill for the tutorial. Had five rolls and probably could have gotten four.

Service was fine but a nasty case of food poisoning after the fact. Also the owner seems to not take criticism at all seriously, would not and will not be recommending this place to anyone in the future. Also there fish is definitely out of date!
