Food was good. Service was lacking. She looked distracted. I even seen her take her phone and go into another room. Manager had to tell her your customer needs a refill. But food was good. Loaded fries were outstanding

I had a party for my 14 year old son at KOK and let me tell you it is worth it! My son and his friends had a blast! Mrs. Dee and her crew handled everything and was so attentive. I recommend KOK to host your party and we loved the food.

I’ve gotten togo before for my family. But hadn’t tried them myself before. My daughter and I dined in today. We got mozzarella sticks as app. Had them fries extra crispy, she got the breaded wings with katious sauce and her fries had lemon pepper. I got the fried fish with seasoned fries. Oh wow! Amazing!!!! Also, love the bathroom signs. And everyone was great. I don’t remember our servers name but we sat at Table 1, she was beautiful with braces and she took great care of us. She was amazing! They also line the boxes so your sauce doesn’t drip out of the box. Attention to detail is amazing!

Food is good. I have been here a few times. Every time it gets worse. You can tell the policies are determined by who you speak to that night. As every time there is a different policy. They have a horrible way of servicing take out customers. I was told once I ordered my food. I needed to leave the building because I had an order for take out. That policy was not fully enforced. Others came outside complaining about being asked to wait outdoors as well. While watching select people stand around inside for take out food. Seemingly based on knowing staff.

I’m honestly disappointed, I used to love going to KOK before they started opening all of these new locations but the food is not what is used to be AT ALL. This is the second time I have been to the location on N University and been served wings that taste burnt! Even the fries I had tasted old and like they may have been sitting in the freezer for a while. The quality has gone down significantly.
