Great poke bowl shop with excellent food and very kind staff. We love this shop for the Koino rice and the great selection of proteins and toppers.

Flavor explosion at a very reasonable price. Highly customizable poke bowls with lots of protein, topping, and sauce options. They do go a bit too heavy on the sauce. Kale noodles (pic included) were cooked nicely too.

Best place around for a delicious fresh poke bowl. Every time I’ve gone here the food has been fresh and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of options and definitely worth the price . I also love the Hokkaido drink. Highly recommend!

Great place to go for a good meal after a rough day. The staff are incredibly kind and it’s become one of my favorite places to eat in the area. Plenty of spicy options too which makes it even better. The Hokkaido Milk Tea is exactly what I wanted it to be too. I recommend anyone who likes poke try it out.

The staff is very kind, patient and helpful. Good selection of proteins, I like that there’s many tops to choose from. The spam sandwich was really Good, it’s Simple but tasty. The only complaint I have is that the shrimp was too fishy, perhaps it was because it was close to closing but I’m not sure, I would give fewer stars except the cook cut fresh avocados, even a whole one despite being 20 min fro closing

Simply Fabulous! Discovered this place yesterday, and it was so good I had to come back today. Very fresh, colorful, and delicious. I ordered the regular bowl w salmon and pretty much all the toppings. It was plenty of food. My first time, the person helping me was very patient, and I really appreciated that as I’m pretty new to poke bowls. I tried spam musubi for the first time. I didn’t care for it, and that’s probably just me – I’ve never had it. I’m not from UT, but I plan on eating here whenever I’m in town.

Our favorite poke place! The fishes are so fresh and appetizing and there are plenty of free toppings. We usually go with kale noodles, salmon, sealed tuna, Koino sauce and choice every thing for toppings. We love this restaurant.

This is a really impressive spot for poke. I have been on a kick lately and Koino has a lot of great options that caught my eye. I ended up ordering a pick up for a few build your own bowls and a musubi. The ingredients were so delicious and the fish was nice and fresh. I had the shrimp and spicy tuna. I really loved all of the balanced flavors. The musubi was made on the spot as well. The two guys working were very friendly and quick. My order was ready right when I walked in. I’ll have to try boba next time. But it’s pretty obvious based on taste that they are proficient at what they’re doing.

Koino is hands down the best poke we’ve had in Utah, rivaling our favorite poke in LA. The ingredients were fresh, the variety was impressive, and the servings were generous. The regular was plenty big, almost more than I could eat on my own. The spicy tuna, salmon and crab mix cannot be beat. Don’t miss out on the tamago – we haven’t stopped talking about it since we left. We are thrilled to have found this spot and will be returning here exclusively and often to get our poke fix.
