Here visiting friends and they took us here saying it was one of the best in the area. I must agree is was great!! Came here for their lunch specials and was not disappointed! Great sushi for a local spot. Service was great as was the overall experience! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good sushi spot in the area!

Soooo happy to come back here once again (post pandemic) and see that they are still thriving in business and serving delicious authentic food. I fell in love with this place years ago and have been coming here since, whenever I can when I’m in town. You should see for yourself!

We had such a fun dinner here. Great presentation, very fresh and excellent variety of sushi. They were happy to accommodate the kids and they got our food out so quickly. The pot of green tea was plenty for two to share and when we had to order a second round of sushi they got that out in no time. Very friendly also.

Worst sushi ever. Slightly better than grocery store sushi. So surprised because we’ve been looking forward to this meal. It was our anniversary dinner. Previous experiences were great. The sushi had old rice and the seaweed was soft. I think it must have been prepared earlier. We came at the end of the lunch hour and we’re the only people in the restaurant. I asked for 3 of the sushi to be replaced because the rice was old. They were okay, not great. I decided it was wasn’t worth it to remake the rolls. I sprinkled some water on them and they were slightly better. The waitress saw this, she never ask how our food was. Just asked if we wanted more water. Sake was cheaper than I remember. We will never go back. So sad ☹️ because it used to be one of our favorite restaurants.

The sushi is amazing! I have been eager to find a sushi spot. This place is great! They have a very well priced lunch special that is close-your-eyes-to-saver-it delicious. I have gone here 3x and will definitely be back for more. Try this place out.

Omg…..so very delicious!!! It was my first time to this restaurant and now I can’t stop thinking about how incredible the sushi is here. I will definitely be going back. Walking into your sushi sanctuary is like entering a dojo where rolls are the ultimate black belts of flavor. Your sushi? It’s so fresh, I’m convinced your fish have their own passports. Your staff? Well, they’re sushi senseis, guiding me through the menu with the wisdom of a thousand soy sauce packets. I’m pretty sure my chopsticks started doing a victory dance after I nailed that tricky piece of sashimi. Kobe Sushi, you’ve turned my raw fish reservations into an all-out sushi celebration. Some of the best sushi in northern Colorado every time I’ve come here it has been pleasant and very fulfilling. Their whole menu is delicious, all the staff are so nice and friendly. I like coming here because the staff remembers you and makes you feel as if your a guest in their home. They always give me the best suggestions on what to try next, this place just makes you feel welcome. These guys do a great job I tell everyone if they’re in Loveland and want good sushi that this is the place.
