Have gotten some food from Kobe Express a few times now and each time I am left full and satisfied. The meals are more than enough for a lunch and dinner. The gyoza was fresh and hot. They pack soup in with the meals and it is refreshing to have a soup with the hefty meals they make! The staff are curtious and get meals out in a timely manner. I have also used the online system and worked well when I have used it. Order was correct and had no issues during pick up! Highly recommend if you are tired of the same things in the Bayside area! 5/5

First things first, I am not a Japanese food connoisseur, so keep that in mind. I went here because it was close by, and I wanted to try it. Plus, the boba reviews looked great. I ordered the Hibachi Emperor Chicken, and it was really tasty. I loved that it came with lots of veggies on the side and a small soup. I also ordered the Tofu Yakisoba Noodles and had no complaints. Lastly, I ordered a mango yogurt boba and a taro, and they were delicious. Food pick-up was quick and easy, staff was friendly, and food was hot. Will be coming back.

I have never had a bad meal from here and I’ve eaten here with family and friends numerous times! The hibachi steak is very good! I always enjoy the Kobe bowls and the boba tea is very good. The prices are a little high, but the amount of food that you get is very generous.

Super cute little place very friendly staff and the food was amazing. One thing I really appreciate about this restaurant is that they don’t up charge you for extra sauce. I’m not asking for a boatload, but I would like an extra sauce every now and then I’m not nickel and dimed for every little incidental. The food was quick and fresh the tea was delicious with the brown sugar boba. You can definitely tell the owners care about their presentation.

I enjoyed my first order of taro boba tea and steak hibachi – delicious and lots of food. Second time around, I ordered the fried noodles (steak yakisoba) @ $16 and the portion size was extremely disappointing! I was still hungry. See picture. It was delicious but seriously, I’m not sure what the deal is but it was not right! DO NOT BUY THE NOODLES. This place either needs to reduce the price or add more/get a bigger container.

Ordering was easy on the phone. First time going. But the portions are not great, never had sweet carrots with my hibachi which I disliked, the rice is mushy, less than 1/4 cup of mixed veggies, very little meat, and over all no flavor. They were out of hot oil, and added Sriracha which I am allergic to. So for $45 for 2 meals I am very disappointed. Needless to say, if you like mushy spring rolls this is for you. Will not return.

Went to the soft opening. Food was very good, could of gave me a little more meat but they were busy so I’m gonna write that off as there was a lot of plates being filled. Very nice service.
