Knife & Spoon, a signature steak & seafood restaurant conceived and led by award-winning Chef John Tesar was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.
Anchoring the menu are Knife & Spoon’s signature dry-aged cuts of meat, ranging from 45-240 days aged, providing an incredibly tender cut of steak. Handpicked by Chef Tesar from 44 Farms, an exclusive cattle producer, guests can choose from an array of different cuts ranging from bone-in Ribeye to New York strip. All meats are pan-seared, Chef Tesar’s preferred cooking method, which provides an incredible amount of flavor in each dish.

It was a beautiful dinner with my husband on our anniversary. Everything was great from the servers to managers and the atmosphere. And, the food was very tasty; definitely, the chef is doing an amazing job! The seafood and steak options were many as well as nice choice of starters and desserts. Would love to come back again soon.

This was our first experience at a Michelin star restaurant and it did not disappoint. Service was on point, food came out quickly and everything was delicious. We got the 60 day aged ribeye to share. Flavor was good – earthy. Great experience overall.

I really wanted to like this place. The service is very good. Brioche bread, butter, and amuse were all good. I liked the Hamachi appetizer. Scallop dish, while good, was so tiny for the price. Same with the gnocchi, which was slightly salty. I think for the price portions could be bigger. There is a kids menu.

Unimpeachable service, from menu suggestions to what to do while in the area. Fantastic service from the top down. Your glasses will never need filling, your table wiped, nor will you need to make any request, the staff is always waiting too make certain you’re experience is topnotch.

The knife and spoon is very, very good. The service is amazing. The food was mostly good. But at this level, at those prices, it should have been spot on. My peach salad was the highlight. Amazing. When our entrees came out, my friend’s steak was under done for her preference, and my Mom’s chicken was a bit dry, even the dark meat.

Very exciting and delicious food!! We had Hamachi sushi, a peach and ricotta salad, an aged NY strip, kimchi creamed spinach, and this chocolate dessert thing which had raspberry and lemon. Everything was so flavorful! They also gave us this raspberry sorbet as a palate cleanser… So freaking good!

This was an excellent experience that I highly recommend. The exotic was out of this world, the lamp lollipops were they best anyone had ever had, and every other aspect fired on all cylinders. We even got to meet the sous chef and he took us back to give a tour of the kitchen. Dinner and a show- you can’t beat that!

Honestly – pretentious. I’ve done a lot of fine dining in my 35+ years and this one wasn’t worth the $$$s. Went with our 2 kids. Thought to order 1 vegetable crudite and 1 Mac n cheese for the 2 to share. The crudite was a joke with a half a cucumber, 2-3 cherry tomatoes and the tiniest carrots on a bed of ice. The cheese in Mac n Cheese was very sharp they weren’t a big fan and that serving was small as well. So they had the brioche for dinner, which was very good
