The meals are nutrious and affordable. I have been able to free up so much more time to spend with my family since I do not have to spend my small amount of free time prepping meals especially when I’m in my busy season at work. My stress load has decreased dramatically and the bonus is how sweet Klaire and her entire staff is, they brighten up Monday evenings! Klaire’s Kitchen is such a blessing. If you are wanting to meal prep but it is daunting go ahead and give her meals a try.
