I ordered food about 5 pm or so today. I spent $60. I checked my food before I left pulled out it looked full and delicious. However, the corn, scallops ,crab legs, lobster was over cooked. I came home got comfortable. I made a side salad and garlic bread sat down to eat and was disappointed. I wasn’t supposed to be out because of my asthma but door dash was more so picked it up. I got enough so I would not be cooking and moving around. The food used to be good last year when I came the bomb. Maybe they gotten busy not sure. I won’t be back. I can’t even eat the corn. Terrible.

I love this place, they got sweet potato fries taste so good. Their lemon pepper chicken wings was so good as well as catfish basket. I love everything! The price is also super affordable. Their dining experience are super clean. Highly recommend everyone to go here!

My first time coming in to KK’s, I was surprised because it used to be a Wendy’s. I walked in and talked to the owner for a bit. Gave us a run down of the menu and what was a must try. Their food taste amazing. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was on point. Now I order here faithfully. They even label the items that’s high sodium for the people that watch their sodium intake. Alot of restaurants don’t do it but should. Thank you!

Customer service is great, Thanks Dee…. i notice when i used my CASH APP CARD i get charged doubled and it will say for tips but it refunded once it was final. I seen where people say the cashiers are scammers lol but it’s not the CASHIERS it’s your banking or your cash app card. Don’t worry guys your funds will be refunded to your account…. cut the cashiers some slack, And apologize and update your review……. Thanks to all the cashiers around the world you guys do awesome work…

The food is good atleast the items I ordered. However the chick that works in there the cashier has a VERY NASTY attitude and getting the manager to address it doesn’t do anything I refuse to spend my money with a business with bad customer service. Then make sure u receive what you ordered. I’ve received twice something I didn’t order and they didn’t even apologize. This is unacceptable and will I not spend my money here ever again! Very upsetting seeing as their catfish nuggets are very good. I do understand good help is hard to find but she shouldn’t be a worker. The customer service is what made me come back a second time the gentleman was very nice and attentive it’s sad that the youth is so upset at the world that they will disrespect an elder.

It was my first time placing an order here. I ordered 3 catfish po boys. My order was not complete yet, and I had to wait a few extra minutes. The gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. He apologized that my order was not finished being fixed at the time of my pickup. He made it up to me even though he didn’t have to. The food was still hot and delicious even with the extra 5 minute wait. I will be going back! Great Service and Great Food!

Speaking of bad service I was charged almost an entire meal in just tips for a meal I picked up !! The food is great but clearly the cashiers are scammers !! I never authorized tip and was charged almost a week later . Would def get a 5 star if not for this .

The food is good and at a reasonable price, The seating area and bathroom is clean, Last but not least CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT… THANK YOU. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! If you use a CASH APP CARD, DEBIT/CREDIT CARD FOR some odd reason it will take out extra and it will say for tips but your bank will refund it, it’s like a hold fee.
