Fantastic! Tastes very similar to the fish and chips I had in Australia! I’d go here as often as possible. It’s a must at the PCC. The fish had a good flavor (not too fishy) and the batter is amazing! The chips are also great— some crunch and some substance. The tartar sauce was a perfect match with the fish and chips. You don’t need anything else! Highly recommend.

This place is great! We got the fish and chips and they were really good. Great service and good portion size. Great atmosphere too. You don’t have to pay to get into this area if they Polynesian cultural center.

These are the best New Zealand fish and chips I have ever tried. They are very hot when they give to you so be careful. Make sure you request the malt vinegar? topping and tartar sauce. Their fries are great too, so request some ketchup as well.

The next best thing to fish and Chips from New Zealand – is the Kiwi Style Fish and Chips here in Laie. The portions are huge – we ordered 2 of the family meals and it was able to feed 6 grown adults and 5 kids. The fish, calamari, and chips were nice and crispy. If you visit the Polynesian Culture Center – you must grab a nice meal from here. It’s one of the best food trucks on the North Shore.

I would have give 5 stars but because the waiting time is so long. The food is great but we missed our tour because it was too late.

Must try if you are visiting Polynesian center or in area. Hands down , Best fish and chips in US. My daughter wanted to try it as she has never tried it before let alone heard about the dish. Timo ( the owner) made sure not only we get our food quickly (as kids were hungry) but he sat down with us and told us his amazing journey from NZ, to Melbourne to Hawaii. Hopefully we will see more of his trucks open in mainland US soon. He told me Florida and NY are next.

The food is freshly fried and I like how crispy they are. The price is reasonable and can be afforded even as a student. However, not sure is it because the oyster will be sold out earlier the day or what, the oyster are often sold our when I get there around 6pm.

Gave me the wrong order, refused to fix it. What we got was pretty generic food anyway. You’re in Hawaii, you can do way better.

Superb fish & chips! The included tartar sauce is really tasty and great for dipping the fish and chips in. The sweet potato fries were really crunchy too! Made by a real Kiwi who is a really sweet lady!
