The hype is real. The egg sandwich with chicken sausage and sauerkraut was so good. That is an interesting combo but it worked. Delicious. The hash browns were like hush puppies and you could tell they put a lot of effort into making them. The vanilla cruller was also a highlight. They don’t have a ton of food options but they do everything well. What a good find.

Had a wonderful time visiting Kitty’s. While the menu is limited, their offerings are very tasty, fresh and of the highest quality. We had egg sandwiches, several of their fresh pastries and coffee… it was tremendous!

I love Kitty’s for its relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. I had the breakfast sandwich on the brunch menu and it was awesome. Their chicken dishes are superb too. And the bar is a great place to hang out and eat at, even if you’re by yourself.

Great spot right across from the train station. The market area has to go salads and sandwiches with a bar seating area that is quite nice. Would like to go back and try the cafe side.

I was skeptical of sauerkraut on a breakfast sandwich, but this was the BEST breakfast sandwich I have ever had and I would literally take the Amtrak train from the city to Hudson just to get one! Just a tiny bit of sauerkraut along with the aioli, the fluffiest eggs and yummy cheese on a unique sesame roll. Heavenly! Also they were so friendly and kind.

Kitty’s is the first place most people see when they get off the train in Hudson and has a good atmosphere. I ate at the restaurant for the first time a month ago and got acid burn in my mouth from either the beets or the lamb, this lasted for 2-3 days. The chicken sandwich from the adjoining cafe is usually good but the last time I ordered these to go (two for me and my wife) they were burnt to almost black (bear in mind they’re made to order and take at least 15 minutes to cook). Overall Kitty’s is pricey for what it is, and targets the pockets of people coming in from the city, and if you’re going to charge NYC prices you need to work towards the same quality and consistency.

Simply amazing unique tater tot balls but absolutely the best! The price was not welcoming at $7 for 4 balls but the great taste is overwhelming. The store had many healthy options and friendly service was a plus. The establishment is a perfect location directly across from the train station.

Best breakfast sandwich in Hudson. And still available after 1pm (a must since most spots run out too early or are no longer serving at this time). We sat at the bar and service was fast and friendly.

Many of my friends had recommended this place to me, so I finally decided to stop in one weekend. My family and I were disappointed with the menu, as the choices were limited, the dishes were a bit random, and presumably overpriced for the portion size. Luckily, none of the staff even acknowledged us at our table, so we were able to go for lunch elsewhere.

We had the chicken sandwich. I have never had fried chicken more perfectly prepared! Light and Crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside.
