I had high hopes with being really the only place to grab something quick well at the Wyndham Palm Aire. The space is not kept up the best with it being a little dirtier then you would expect. The kitchen is a little sketchy looking but I’ve seen worse. The sandwiches where a little rough but I will say the chicken tenders where pretty decent but they where pre cooked then deep fried so not to hard to mess up. The service was rough with the one lady who helped us I think was a bit annoyed she had to cut her smoke break short… Overall not the best experience but the not the worst. The pre packaged deserts where ok.

Food was delicious and freshly made to order. Service was great, even though at the time we ordered, there was only one employee manning the register and cooking at the same time. That being said, our order still came out in less than 10 minutes, and we were on our way.

I’m a guest at this hotel and I called to ask what kind of sandwiches they had. The guy told me on the phone we have hot and cold sandwiches but I’m not about to read all the sandwiches off from top to bottom and you tell me okay and have a nice day. I was going to order something but when you have an attitude like that and very rude with it you will not get my service. They need to replace him with someone else and get someone with good customer service skills because he just doesn’t have that! Just ridiculous!

Me and my husband had a terrible experience here tonight. I would give them no stars if I could. We tried to call about 8 times to put an order in since we had a pretty big order and it just rang until we got the voicemail. Since we couldn’t get an answer, we decide to walk over and order it there. There was no one in there and the man at the register was on his phone. He was very rude and seemed very unhappy to be there. He rudely interrupted us multiple times while we were ordering our food. We called again as we were walking in to see if the phone would actually ring to know if he was just ignoring it before, and it did ring. We waited 25 minutes for our food and it was missing an item. We know it was paid for bc he read our order back to us earlier, but he insisted that we were wrong and proceeded to make us pay for that item again. The service was slow and definitely not resort worthy. Not to mention the food is way overpriced. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone staying here. If I was Wyndham, I would reconsider keeping them here.

This place is amazing! I am not quite sure what the other posts are referring to, probably jealous businesses in the area! This place is one of the reasons we keep coming back to the Wyndham Palm Aire. Food is amazing, service may slow down a little but that’s because this place is always rocking. I would seriously suggest the Philly Cheese but everything is worth it. I’ve seen comments about it being expensive when it actually isn’t. Went to JJ for a sandwich and with all the extra charges for toppings it ends up being in the same price range. Love this place, wish them all the success! I’m keeping an eye on these guys as the grow.

I absolutely loved it here! Adorable little shop and the older guy running it was so nice not sure why a review said he was rude, probably just one of those days we all have here and there lol, definitely recommend his homemade cannoli’s, his salads were really good as well oh and my family enjoyed his sandwiches! Highly suggest a visit here especially for his cannoli’s!

This was the worst Experience ever. When we walked in the guy was on the phone and was very mad. I started to place order he started rolling his eyes each time I ordered something. When I asked him who was his manager he said he was the manager. Not sure how he still works there.

Absolutely terrible employees. Pretty good food but one employee yelled at my child about a side of ranch and they also make up hours. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
