The Caesar salad I got should have also had bacon and arugula on is as described on the website and as I’ve had before, even on the side salad. The salad dressing used to be made in house and now they give you packets. The one I received was bloated with air, which usually means it’s spoiled!! I checked the exp date and it expired Aug 2022, we’re in March 2023!!! I paid for extra sauce because last time you could still see the cheese at the top, and still looked like this? This used to be my go to spot for Chicago deep dish, but both food and service standards have gone down drastically! Very disappointing, especially because I wanted to support a local minority owned business, and this place looks like it had potential, but this will be the third time now I’ve received bad service or food.

Sigh. We had a craving for Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and ended up with this. Very disappointing. The bottom of the box was completely wet. The cheese wasn’t all the way melted and the sauce was badly broken. Then there was broken pieces of crust on top of the pizza. We were very disappointed about this.

4-29-21 – first time here, even though we were told it has been open for two years. We were in the area and wanted something different. They were close to closing, but allowed us in to order and dine in. A friend of the owner took our order. There were others dining in, and it has a nice setup. The restaurant was clean. We were seated on one side, but were eventually moved to an available booth. Placed our order and got a Blueberry Salad with a very nice dressing. And a family sized thin crust A Lot of Meat pizza (cut in squares) which I liked. The drinks came out. Later the salad. It was actually good, and had a number of good combined options. The pizza was not too far behind. It was good. We were told not too rush, take our time, and boxes would be provided if needed. The NFL draft was turned on while we ate. We would definitely recommend this location, and plan to be back.

The first time here was amazing. Literally, amazing. This go around..it wasn’t it. Different days, different cooks, different things…guess it happens. The crust was super doughy. Over sauced..to each its own. We don’t like super sauced pizza. Pepperonis were not cooked throughly..cheese either. It was corrected with no issue and remade..and easy on the sauce. Pics are of the meal (played over ) but again I suppose things happen. And of the remade pizza. Which was amazing. The new waiter was very nice and attentive. He tended to the issue with no problem and us in general.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location! The host LeAnn was amazing. We arrived closer to closing time and she was still able to accommodate the it requests. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was amazing, we got the cheesy garlic bread and the deep dish meats pizza. It was my husbands first time and he loved it. I have frequented the Midtown location and this is just as good if not better. It’s nice to have a location where I don’t have to deal with the traffic in Atlanta. There is also outside seating but we sat at the bar because it was late in the evening. They practiced social distancing and cleanliness which I really appreciated, The bathrooms are also clean and well kept. We had cocktails at the bar and they were better than going to a bar. I was very impressed with the high quality service and top shelf drinks. LeAnn was so nice even though we arrived right before closing and she didn’t make us feel rushed. I would highly recommend this location. My husband agreed it is the best pizza he’s ever had. The deep dish is the best!

Wow! I don’t know where to start. We came here because Olive Garden was packed and we would have to wait for 50 minutes, so we decided to stop at Nancy’s Pizzeria. First time here and really disappointed. This was on Saturday night and you’d expect this place would be busy. Well, it was dead as you can see in the pictures. We were seated immediately, but we noticed that the place was understaff. Within 10 minutes, our orders were taken but this where the waiting game started. It took 20 minutes to get the wings and onion rings, then another 15 minutes for the pizza and the Alfredo Spinach. The last order was my chicken buffalo salad. That took another 10 minutes. When my salad came out it looked soggy and not much of chicken in the salad. It doesn’t look appealing at all. There were no silverware for the salad so we asked the waitress for it and it took 8 minutes for them to bring them out. I had to get up to get my own plates for the pizza. The pizza were not good and it was loaded with cheese and tomato sauce. There weren’t much of pepperoni on the pizza. We had to scuba dive for those pepperoni hidden somewhere between the layer of tomato sauce, cheese and the thick crust. I took two bites of the salad and I was done. It tasted old, salty and very soggy. I couldn’t eat it anymore. I gave up on the salad. The pizza was just as bad. We left almost half of the pizza behind. We had 9 people In our group and everyone agreed that the food weren’t good. The only thing that was decent were the wings. While we were waiting for our food,we heard another patron complaining to the manager about the service. We later found out that they only had one waitress working. The waitress was really friendly and she apologized but this was not an excuse. It’s all fall down to the management and the owner. I should have looked at the reviews before coming here. I don’t think I would stop by here again. Our group was really disappointed.

I took down my 1 star review because we chose to give them another chance, under the new ownership. The people were nice, ON TIME…which was refreshing. Ordered medium pepperoni chicago style and a thin crust, since they do not carry hand tossed, half pepperoni/half cheese. I am so sorry to say but for over $50….no. the chicago pizza was terrible. Absolutely no flavor, dry on the outside, extremely doughy center. It made me very sick. The thin crust had no flavor either. The crust was like eating cardboard.

Pretty darn good food and service. My server was the only one working at the time so she was running a little crazy but did a good job overall. My food was definitely tasty and served hot/ fresh to order (keep in mind the pizzas are made to order and will take a while to be cooked but they are good)

Service was a little shaky but the food was really good. We asked the waitress simple questions that you would expect someone to know but she just didn’t know… she was sweet though and she was trying. Nancy’s has really good pizza… I’ve had the deep dish before but this time I opted for a thin crust pepperoni pizza. It came out super fresh and super tasty. My friend had been talking about how good the meatball sub is there for a couple days so she ordered that… I had intentions on ordering it but couldn’t resist the goodness of a Nancy’s pizza!
