Note: this is a grand opening rating, with the understanding & hope they will likely improve with logistics & service/pacing in the future!

Great quality of food, wide selection, and service, This is a all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant where you can choose what raw food you’d like to cook in your individualized pot of boiling broth. After you cook it, you dip it in your custom sauce where there’s over 10 choices of things to mix together!

We went there on a Saturday night after skiing. There were plenty of people but we got our table fairly quick because of their good management. And the service is also super quick. They got all our food on the table just a couple of minutes after we ordered (quite good experience when we were super hungry after skiing.) Food is also good. Seafood is very fresh. I love the shrimp and oyster a lot!

Love hot pot! Fast service and awesome sauce stand! I got the spicy broth…very good and flavorful! Servers were friendly and informative. All-you-can-eat…just have to keep ordering from the servers. Worth the cost. Very clean and on top of removing dirty dishes!

Kirin hotpot offers a variety of ingredients. You may get those non-meat items by yourself which prevents food wasting. For all kinds of meat and seafood, you just need to tell the waiters and they’ll bring them to you. It’s that simple.

This location has recently had a grand opening (reopening?) so it still feels very fresh and new. It was clean, including the sauce bar which can be rare for any restaurant during busy times. We did go on a Saturday afternoon during the end of the lunch rush, and despite being busy we got seated quickly and served quickly. The waiter was attentive and efficient, very polite too. The menu had a great variety to choose from and I loved (genuinely!) that they mentioned a $4 charge for each plate of massive quantities of wasted food. I found that to be very respectable of a restaurant, food waste is a huge issue. Anyway. The ingredients were very fresh and well prepped, they cooked well and tasted great. I particularly liked the brisket and the glass noodles. There were some red bean paste sesame balls at the sauce bar for a dessert that were very tasty, too. I would very highly recommend this location for hotpot.

It is an authentic chinese hot pot restaurant. If you like chinese hot pot style cuisine, it’s a must visit place in restaurant in broomfield. They do not serve only hot pot. Staffs are very helpful. Liked my experience of eating hot pot with my family. It is conveniently located and has plenty of provision for parking

Really excited to have a hotpot spot near my house! The food was great, the value is great, the server was very nice. Only thing I would highly recommend they change is the atmosphere. It was dead quiet and just awkward being in there. Play some music, put some fake plants or cute lighting or anything to help the vibe. It felt like a cafeteria. If they put some focus into that they’d be 5 stars!

Great variety of broths, meats, seafood, vegetables, and Asian food (dumplings, noodles , marinated dishes, etc). A nice variety of sauces at a separate areas). Service was friendly and efficient. We all had bone broth with a little added spicy flavor. After trying many sauces, I like the xo sauce the best. Will be back again.
