I tried the ‘Chuuka men’ here. They include wood-ear mushroom and pork (which is pretty standard), but they also include yuzu zest in it! It’s definitely different than any other ramen I’ve had before, very mild in flavor.

This is the perfect little Ramen restaurant, great service, carefully prepared ramen, and a wide variety of side dishes as well! The chicken Karaage, gyoza and Brussels sprouts are not to be missed! The only issue you’ll have is figuring out how you’re actually going to eat all that food in one sitting! If you can bring some friends it definitely helps so you can all enjoy as many different dishes as possible since they are all amazing!! The duck and truffle ramen is one of the most unique among ramen restaurants, having a clear savory broth and a smell so good you almost don’t even need to eat it!! Besides the great food, a casual atmosphere and very efficient service as well make this the “go to” ramen place for me!
