I came with a friend during the weekend. It was virtually empty when we went which meant we received really fast service, but it apparently gets super busy later in the evening. They have a veg option which we both went with. The food was absolutely delicious and the waiter was super nice. At the end, you get to play a game in order to get a discount on your bill or other prizes.

I came in for a late quick lunch and tried their classic tonkotsu ramen. Creamy broth, el dente noodles, runny eggs were star elements. Unfortunately i find the pork chasu to be a bit on the tough end and i would get more green onion next time to cut through the creaminess. The broth is unexpectedly light for tonkotsu and I enjoyed it.

My friends and I went out to a day party for my husband’s birthday and we wanted ramen before we headed home. This was one of the few places that was open later. If I could give it a 3.5 star I would. The staff was very helpful with the menu since it was our first time at this ramen spot. The ramen was good but not the best I’ve had. We also got the chicken karaage which was not my favorite I felt like it was too big and it came as one big ball not the smaller pieces that we were use to. We also got the spicy sauce on the side but it looked more like spicy oil. The whole staff was really nice it was just the food that didn’t do it for me.

I love trying out different Ramen spots, and this was one on my list. The first thing I like to try is the broth, as in my opinion, the broth is what brings the whole dish together. I ordered the Pork Miso Ramen, and the broth was bland. It really lacked the umami flavor I look for in Ramen. As for the noodles, the consistency reminded me of Spaghetti noodles. The meat wasn’t bad, but it was thin. Although, the staff was extremely friendly and they were quick to serve.

Honestly, it is one of the best ramen I have tasted in Chicago. Love it. I have ordered the pork spicy garlic and it was really good. The broth was not spicy, but it was smooth and the garlic made such a difference! (I recommend adding it if the dish doesn’t come with it) The temperature was perfect and I ordered with thin noodles (I prefer thin, because it soaks up the broth faster and better). I was surprised that they give you options of how thick you want your noodles.
