This food truck is definitely worth a visit. Fresh and delicious food after spending the day at the national park. Everything was made after we ordered and came piping hot. We loved the pho and the bahn mi. Possibly the best meal we had during our vacation to Hawaii.

The food is so good. Best bahn mi sandwiches I’ve ever had. Bread is soft but toasted crispy on the outside, loaded with chicken or pork and topped with pickled daikon, carrots, cucumber and cilantro. So much flavor and nice portion sizes. The pork vermicelli bowl was great too. Definitely coming back for more. Friendly service and good prices.

We tried just about everything on the menu the Pho is very sweet, the banh xeo crunchy from outside mushy from inside .And the Egg Roll really really bad. No veggies to go with the banh xeo and the egg roll . Never go back. This is not Vietnamese food. The true Vietnamese food not supposed to be like this. I don’t recommend anything on the menu.

Best Banh Mi in Hilo. Nice chunky sandwich with plenty meat and veggies. Delicious dumplings and spring rolls. Guys working the truck we’re very kind, food came out quickly. Will def be back, highly recommend.
