aisha was the worst checkout person that I’ve dealt with in this country. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful, very ghetto, whoever owns King Deli should be ashamed for allowing such a person to represent your restaurant, her community in such a fashion. I travel the world, and I have never witnessed such a character like aisha in the front of a restaurant serving her community with such a disrespectful demeanor. To the owner of King Deli it is you who we will look to from now on and wonder why you would have such poor class in the front of your restaurant serving all of us who patronize your business with all due respect. A visitor in town I was told they had good wings went there the wings were bite size never seen wings that small and Iesha horrible attitude don’t work in fast food if you don’t know how to treat your customers and she is not the only one I will not be back and will advise any one else not to stop in. Customer Service is important we paying our money idk if I was getting just lemonade I shouldn’t feel like I am a bother for asking a questions..Low Life Living spot I will Never! Seem like whomever dropped the seasoning shaker in the fries,too much seasoning. lemon pepper wings was alright. The boneless chicken was good that I bought for my toddler but her fries were also too salty. I am unsatisfied my money wasted. I will not be going back

The restaurant is hot, dirty, and the service matches the surrounding. This was once a nice place with great food and a friendly, clean atmosphere. You felt welcomed. Now you walk in, and you feel like you have instantly got on someone’s nerve. It’s clear the King has left the building…

Good food, but said they were out of gyro bread. That was the 1st time since I’ve been going there that I’ve heard that. They talk too much when handling the customer, side conversations going on. Some of them can be more friendly.

It’s been awhile since I been here but quality of the food has seem to have gone down. And it’s almost impossible to do a call ahead order. Tried to call and could not get through. I don’t live in Albany and this was one of my go-to spots every time I go as in town so took a chance and drove over The lemon pepper wings weren’t as good and we’re grease. The fries were okay taste like the oil was old and had no seasoning. Maybe a while before I go back.

Very ghetto staff. You can’t even understand them when they answer the phone. No hello, no friendly tone. They cut you off when you’re speaking. You ask if they have something and they just say “no”, they don’t offer a suggestion or tell you what they do have. I stopped coming for almost a year because of this and I don’t even know why I attempted to try them again like anything changed. It’s like they pick employees up off a street corner and get the most uneducated, I’ll mannered people they can possibly find, and give them jobs.
