One of my favorite places for dim sum. The food is delicious, the tea is hot, and the staff are friendly. Check the church schedule across the street on weekends to avoid the rush. Parking can be challenging. We love coming back.

Went for Dim Sum to celebrate a family birthday. Our party of 7 was seated promptly and service was started immediately. Food carts provided constant delivery of dozens of yummy dishes. Menu items were also available although our party stayed with the dim sum.

I’m addicted to Dim Sum. I crave Dim Sum once in a while, and KV is my go-to place for it. Everybody is also friendly and helpful especially when I’m asking about a particular Dim Sum I like. The food is cooked nicely. Fresh ingredients! Their Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce is one of my favorites. They have the crunchiest Deep Fried Shrimp Dumplings, too. Yum! Big servings of their lunch combo plates, which makes it an affordable lunch meal. As I’m reviewing this, my stomach is grumbling for Dim Sum. HaHa! Go check them out.

Came for lunch on a Thursday. It was hands down the best dim sum I’ve ever had. Fresh, delicious, amazing. The large fried shrimp balls stole the show with a light level of crispness and a slightly sweet filling. My only complaint is that the portions were so perfect that I couldn’t try more of the menu at once. Oh well, just gotta come back for more!

Oh. My. God. The dim sum here is so delicious. The wife and I took a trip on Sunday to Pinole and visit King Valley Tea House.

First and last at this place. Brought my wife for some dim sum didn’t even order much end up paying $70, 25% were gratuity alone they even put a tax on gratuity too, that’s how you’ll end 25% gratuity. It’s outrageous when they automatic added to the bill for 2 people. I could see that’s how they can keep this restaurant open by doing this to their customers. Probably not too many repeat customers at all, I’m surely not a repeat customer period. The food is all right, but what turns me off were the gratuity. I thought gratuity is base on the service they’ve provided good or bad, right?

There was a fly in my soup. When I first called to ask if the Hot & Sour soup was vegan, they said yes. I asked if it had egg in it, they said yes. That means it’s not vegan. They had no idea of the difference between vegan & vegetarian. This is important for allergies. Once I ordered the soup (without egg) I brought it home & as I’m eating it, I noticed a dead fly floating in it. I received a refund right away but needless to say, I’ll never be able to eat here again.
