I am completely dissatisfied for the first time purchased food at this place and my who order was no good my boneless bbq ribs was completely hard and burnt and over cooked badly the rice no flavor almost and disgusting old onion taste. I will never again buy from there and I do not recommend no one getting food from there save your money and go elsewheres… completely dissatisfied and don’t expect a lot of rice like other Chinese restaurants these people really something no good of a place to eat

I’ve lived across the street from here for 24 years and this will always be my favorite local Chinese food. I ordered quite a bit of food tonight and waited about an hour. It was well worth the wait. My dad is retired and used to love getting Moo Goo Gai Pan (pictured) all the time when he lived out in Long Beach, CA. He says it’s the best Chinese he’s lived out west. (Also picture is Sweet and Sour Chicken and House Special Lo Mein.)

If I could give a 0 star or -10 I would! Lady was snotty and didn’t act like she wanted to be there when I ordered then stood there for almost 20 min after to pick the order up and as they argued in the back and didn’t give there customers the time of day I left hope they enjoyed throwing away the food

Food was done when said it would. The lady was extremely curt and fairly rude. I decided to give King House a shot since Best Kitchen is closed on Mondays. Never again. We got sesame chicken and it was very soggy. It had a very tomato paste taste to it that was unpleasant. The rice was prefect and I appreciate the packaging job. Would not recommend. For truly amazing Chinese food, try Best Kitchen. They are truly unorganized and the wait is extreme at times, but hands down the best in Jamestown. They are constantly voted Best in town for a reason.

They lie about how long it will take to get your food. They say 20 minutes, but they don’t actually start cooking it until you get there, regardless of how long you wait to go. The food is not good either. The pork fried rice was the worst I’ve ever had in my life, and even after we waited forever, they still forgot part of our order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This place is garbage all around. Rude on the phone, and rude when picking up. They do not know what goes in a pu pu platter. The food was even burnt. Either over-fried or old oil. And charged me $18.95 when the menu clearly says $12.95

Ordered at 6:52. Was told 25-30 minutes. Arrived at 7:32 and then proceed to wait around 30 minutes before they asked what order i had. Then, went on for another 15-20 minutes to finally cook my meal while I’m sitting inside. Best kitchen always.
