I’ve ordered before lots of times but the lady has been rude on the phone for one or two orders smh. I ordered anyway there fried chicken is not what it used be and there rice any rice , chicken fried rice , pork fried rice , shrimp fried rice any rice lacks flavor is soggy. Over all thumbs down

Attitude on the phone wasn’t the greatest I was hesitant about ordering due to the energy but I decided to give them a try anyway despite my gut feeling….ended up regretting it once I got my food . I ordered brown rice and it’s old and overcooked smh. (And no it’s no sauce on top that’s literally the rice)

Great dumplings and Beef with string beans was , good, including when I heated it up for lunch the next day. My kids love the sweet & sour chicken. They gave us the sauce separately so you can adjust how much sauce you want. We ordered there and came back to pick it up – quick service. One of my favorite things about NY is these hole-in-the-wall, not fancy looking, sign might be a little dirty, Chinese restaurants that serve yummy affordable hot food. King Garden is one of them, I’m so happy to have them in the neighborhood.

I would have given them 4 stars but the guy’s attitude on the phone was unacceptable. I called to check on my order and he was all aggravated that I called to make sure they delivered to the right person because Im in a hair salon and saw someone received an order that may have been mine. He said ” well what you want me to do then someone paid for your order and too it”. Like really?! Then I get my food and he forgets the can of sprite he says my delivery guy just got here which was a lie unless he flew. I HAD JUST PAID. He said he put the sprite. He didnt, he said you are lying to me and just being difficult. I was beyond myself.

Gave me four spoiled egg rolls Ordered here for years never had a problem all I asked was for fresh egg rolls or my money back they refused. Just lost a customer. Sorry wrong King Garden.
