OVERRATED AND OVERPRICED. I’m not sure where the hype came from but I’d never return. You must have to be a local celebrity to get good quality food. We’ve been wanting to support this establishment since it arrived in bmore, tried 2 weeks ago and they were closed when their IG post stated opening hours. So Friday we decided to meet up and support..a waist of $$!! Ordered the Self Love Eggrolls 2 for $35 , was told 25 minutes (for eggrolls) not an entree. Order was ready, we grabbed our food and left. Not even 5 minutes later my friend called and he was livid about his shrimp and steak eggrolls ( they were burned throughout the middle) he called the spot and they did give him another order. Now let’s get to my order.. arrived back to work and after the second bite my eggroll had a burnt after taste, over seasoned and greasy!! No filling basically inside was empty, no lobster barley crabmeat and shrimp tasted like they were frozen while cooked. I didn’t even get to the second eggroll , nor did I return my order. We drove 20 minutes for a huge disappointment. Oh let me just say the eggrolls are not as big as they are on their IG site at all. The grease had to be old, we arrived at 12:38 and they opened at 12pm therefore they must have been cooked in very old grease from a previous day or something.

My sister and I went at 12 noon, which was their opening time. The staff was excellent, and the food did not disappoint EXCEPT for the Self-Love plate. As advertised in the pics ans videos on IG, you got an entire lobster tail. But what I received was a half a tail. My sister returned the following to order for us again dnninquired for me about the lobster tail. They told her, “when we are running low, we cut the tail in half. But we don’t adjust the price.” A. They had just opened at 12. B. The display case was full of lobster tails that they pulled inventory from. C. That was a lie. I have reached on IG but have gotten no response. No one should be paying an additional $10 for half a lobster tail. Especially when spending well over $100. You’re too new for poor customer service.

I’ve had several good experiences here, although there have been times where I’ve gone to do a pickup order and they have been sold out of certain items. It’s best to ask if they have it available before ordering, because I’ve had them substitute things when I would have preferred to order something else instead. For instance they ran out of lobster tails one time and tried to offer me a Ramen. I ended up downgrading to just a crab boil. The seafood sauce is delicious and the boils are always very well seasoned. Crabs have always been large. The seafood deviled eggs are spectacular. I’ve ordered them Ala carte several times. The food can definitely be pricey, but Seafood is pricey

This is my new favorite seafood spot in Baltimore. Everything was love. Huge portions, great flavor, and fresh. I got the self-love broil, 1 cake of love dinner, and 2 crabcake egg rolls, no fillers anywhere. Will definitely come back again.

I had the self love box which was $40 dollars . The box came with lobster tail (1) , crab legs , shrimp and corn . I also ordered a butter sauce as well . The parking is convenient as well . They have many other options to try . I would say this is an affordable seafood place and worth the money.

Place was nice and clean, people are friendly and the food was delicious. I had the crab egg roll, cake of love & self love. Unfortunately, there isn’t an area where you can dine-in but I enjoyed the experience.

Food is just okay don’t see what all the hype is all about. Butter sauce has an after taste. I give it a two rating look at the food. Potatoes old hard crab legs over cooked brown meat. The corn was old and brown. Don’t waste your time or money

The food is usually really good, especially the crab cake the but, the seafood lover egg rolls was not as big or filled with crab or shrimp it only had lobster in it was not that good this time. The chicken wings were fried to hard and dried out.
