Not worth it. Waste of time and money. Food is good but the service is terrible. I’ve ordered here before without issue, but today was different. I called to order since they had placed a menu on my apartment door, then they hung up immediately after receiving my card info. No “thank you”, no ETA or anything. When I called to check on the status I was told the food was out for delivery. 25 minutes after that call, still no food. I called back and they said it would be another 5-10 minutes then hung up again before I could respond. Called 13 minutes after that and was hung up on again. After more than an hour and 15 minutes I still have no food. But they have my debit card info. This feels like a SCAM. I requested a refund after 45 minutes of them insisting my food was on the way and would be delivered in a red car. Going to continue checking my bank account and any signs of fraud. NEVER AGAIN.

Please never order here, if I could give negative stars I would. I ordered the singapore noodles and it was horrible, the shrimps were soft and tasted old noodles had no flavor…Also, I ordered delivery and the driver didn’t give me my change. They are rude and the food is nasty don’t waste your time or money!!

The delivery man doesn’t come to your door. He just sit in the car and you have to walk up to get your food. General TSO chicken taste nasty and the “fried rice” is yellow rice…reminds me of the Goya yellow rice. Just horrible and I will never order anything from there again. And they put my can soda in the same bag as my food making my soda hot.

Rude customer service. We called and a rude employee answered and just said “What do you want?” And after he took our card for payment, LITERALLY JUST HUNG UP. We tried calling back to cancel the order since it seemed like a scam and he hung up again. We had to dispute the charge through the bank to get to refunded since they never cancelled. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

First chinese people think they could just come in our neighborhoods and do whatever they want. Their rude and very unprofessional and nasty. The food inspectors need to go there without a warning and see whats going on. The food is bad, and the customer service bad. They need to be shut down honestly, they cook with no hair net, they barely wash their hands. They don’t follow No safety food guidelines. This is the people we give our dollars to? Never again.

food took forever. shrimp noodles came with rice instead of noodles and only had three shrimps in it. they forgot the free drink. deliver guy wouldn’t come to the door and kept saying “you don’t want it?” horrible

I had to wait two and a half hours for cold food. Ordered hit sour soup that had chunks of broccoli in it why?. Next the spring rolls were greasy and not tasty. Tasted old. Next the large egg fu yun was okay but too much gravy. Never again. Don’t do it.

I called all 5 numbers provided on their menu and no one answered the phone. Finally someone answered on my 3rd try of calling all of the numbers and I was able to place my order at 7:30pm for delivery. The food did not arrive until 9:30pm (2hours later) and the food was cold and tasteless. I would never order from or recommend King City to anyone.
