Upon entering, I loved it! Very old-fashioned and reminded me of going to the burger places where my parents grew up. Everything after that was just okay. The cashier was somewhat rude and impatient/short with everyone she encountered. Guess it wasn’t her day. I ordered the Cattleman burger and to say it looked nothing like the pic is an understatement. That pic is all juicy, bbq flowing down the sides, melted cheese, thick onion ring, I got none of that. Mine looked like a cracked out, dry McDonald’s burger. But the price isn’t bad so I guess that made up for it? The place was clean, so I did appreciate that. And I loved the decor. It’s at least worth a visit.

I ordered a burger, fries, & onion rings for pick-up. Regular order, nothing special. Well the fries were fries. That’s no big deal. The burger was cooked perfectly! A little pink in the middle, just how I like it! BUT.. the fried onion rings, sent my soul to heaven!!! They are delicious. Fried to a crisp, the batter stays on the onion, the onion itself is sweet ( like a vidalia) but the coating is crispy, crunchy, has a little heat, and seasoned to perfection!! The rings alone make it worth the trip. I will definitely be back.. for the best onion rings ever !!!

The burgers are almost always great! Occasionally they can be a little too dry for my liking. The onion rings are incredible. My wife loves the BLT also.

Fort Worth only chain family owned and the original location is still open on Camp Bowie. This satellite location is the next best thing to the original and the food is just as great. I had the 1/2 lb cheeseburger w/ onion ring rings. The counter staff was friendly and the wait was as expected for a “we don’t make it until you order it” restaurant. If you like All American fare you will find something great here.

We went in and this was the worst experience we have ever had here. There were mostly teenagers working there all joking around, being loud, arguing. We could hear all of their conversations. The food was mediocre and that’s being nice. I usually think Kincaids is amazing but I would definitely go to the one on Camp Bowie and not this one. The employees seemed out out by us ordering they weren’t even nice there was this attitude like “ugh hurry up and order” there was not anyone behind us and they were not busy. The girl that was putting the ketchup on the tables didn’t take that white paper out when she did which I thought was odd. Then the girl getting the trash inside was fighting with some guy not fist fighting but arguing. This was a fail.

We got home with our order and noticed that Kincaid’s served our 4-yr old son raw chicken strips. The food quality here has plummeted in the past couple years. We won’t be back. This is dangerous!

I went to this place to try out the burgers with my family and It was very disappointing. The staff made the experience awful. The cashier was very disrespectful and mimicking my sister while taking a while to order for my mom because she doesn’t speak Spanish . The cashier was very racist and even hurried us up to order. She made my sister and me very uncomfortable to the point where she laughed because my sister got red from humiliation and the other staff in the kitchen laughed at her. It was very humiliating and frustrating. This employee should be fired for racial discrimination and putting my sister back into a depression episode. Never going again
