This restaurant has disrespectful workers. They gave me a soup joumou with only boiled plantains and no meat. When brought to their attention they told me to come back and they would give me another one. I return back to the restaurant and the lady was very rude and nasty telling me she is not refunding me my money because I left with it and she can only give me a discount to buy another soup for 13 dollars . Mind you I bought the soup for 15. Make it make sense. They will never get a dollar out of me again! Bad service and no etiquette!

I stopped by this Haitian restaurant to support local and try something new. Truly wish I hadn’t. Customer service is everything for me and the front end person has none. She was dismissive, unpleasant and uninformative. I inquired of a menu and was told they are serving breakfast but NO details until I asked again. I asked about the menu for lunch/dinner and again was told, “We are serving breakfast” as though my question was annoying and irrelevant. Ahh, ok. I guess they have the customers the want and non-Haitian need not patronize. I bought 3 patties: fish, chicken, beef (which I inquired about on my own since they were displayed). Not the greatest, not the worst. I will be keeping my $$$/family’s/friends’ patronage away from this restaurant as it’s clear Black Americans are not welcomed.

If you’re scrolling the reviews believe what you see. This is the worst Haitian restaurant I’ve ever been to in terms of customer service. Food is ok but not the best. The workers are extremely disrespectful!! that big nose lady with the bleached face that’s usually in the front is rude. She was rude to me a first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe she was having a bad day. Then she was rude a second time and not only to me, to my friend, my Bf all on different occasions. They’re never getting my business again there are better restaurants around.

I like Kinam food, but like many other Haitian restaurants, their customer service socks. My husband is African and they are always rude to him. I ordered poison a sauce but they gave us fried fish. When I called the played ignorant than rushed me off the phone. I am very unsatisfied, I don’t know if I will ever order from them again.

Service here sucks‼️ I called for an order and when I got there, there was a long line of people. I was able to speak to a lady & told her I called for an order and she seemed to acknowledge me but still went on taking the previous orders. After everyone got their order, I said I was waiting for my order and the lady said to me I wasn’t waiting for food because I was talking and walked away from me. I felt very disrespected and started going off. I had never been to this establishment before and I will NEVER go back there. Then they had the nerve to tell me that what I ordered was finished after I waited half an hour in the store. There was no courtesy and/or customer service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE‼️ Haitian people do BETTER‼️ I had to chose a star, in actuality, they get ZERO stars……..
