A month ago, my family and I had dinner here. My mom mentioned a famous Thai actor had visited here so she wanted to check it out too.

Came here on a rainy Wednesday for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the flavors of the food. It’s hard to find authentic Thai cuisine in NYC and Kin den is one of those gems.

I have been getting Thai Iced tea from this place for quite a few now, I usually ask for “No Ice” in all my drinks which is an option anywhere you go to any restaurant, surprisingly last time ( a week ago) I asked for no ice in this restaurant her response was “I will give you less Thai Iced tea” HOW? I never heard of such thing, If the customer prefers no ice or ice in their drink it shouldn’t alter the amount of the drink. So If me as a costumer prefers no ice, will this restaurant reimburse for the unwanted ice? Its absurd!!! Me and my family visited this restaurant for the last years but we will not be visiting and consuming any longer.

Me and my friend walked pass by this restaurant few times. Finally decided to give it a try. The food was delicious. Staff was friendly. For appetizer we ordered Taro, as veg spring rolls we out. The Taro didn’t has any taste but it was crunchy and the sauce was delicious. We go papaya salad without shrimp, it was good. Got Kee Mao, that basil noodles were amazing. Finally had some dessert, at first it tasted weird as it was made of tea. But then I started liking it.
