Tried Kim’s Teriyaki for the first time. We were really excited however our orders of Chicken Teriyaki arrived without any teriyaki sauce. I honestly feel like this ingredient should be impossible to miss as it’s in the dishes name.

This place is very unique!! The food is so good I always get the spicy chicken teriyaki. The food comes in decent portions. It’s fast and the service is great. Good for a quick dinner or brunch. The prices are fair for what you get. I go there all the time! I really recommend it.

I live within walking distance and tried Kim’s for the first time today! Absolutely fantastic teriyaki. The spicy chicken teriyaki is fantastic, rice is cooked well and the gyoza had nice crunch and taste. I will definitely come back!

Best teriyaki in Lynnwood. The sauces they use are amazing. The meat is flame kissed and always so juicy. And the portions are Olympic sized. Don’t let this unassuming and tucked away restaurant fool you. The food here is absolutely amazing!!

Some of the best teriyaki I’ve ever had in my life! The regular teriyaki sauce, the spicy sauce, the salad, the rice, everything! Their portions are good compared to other places which I hope continues since their prices just went up, but such is life in the world right now. Thank you so much to everyone at this restaurant.
