*Cash only* Delicious and very afforadable food. Chicken curry and kung pao chicken are both very tasty and so are the steamed buns (so so good!) Staff are very friendly too

Excellent!! They cook right in front of you, made after you place your order. Inside theres a kind of small shop with odds and ends. Its outta the way in an alley. Behind the Prefontaine mural, next to Amys nails.

Kim’s Oriental Market in Coos Bay, Oregon is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a taste of authentic Chinese cuisine. The market offers a wide selection of ingredients. But what truly sets Kim’s apart is their freshly cooked authentic Chinese food, which is simply outstanding. From savory stir-fries to delicious dumplings, everything is expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by Kim’s Oriental Market for a delicious taste of China in Coos Bay. They only provide takeout, no dining in.

Amazing take out at Kim’s which is a little hole in the wall grocery store that happens to make food. I get Kung Pao shrimp and although it is basic it is worth every penny and very delicious. I got pho one time and I was not a fan. Stick to the Kung Pao!

Update August 2022: still the bomb! Prices are very reasonable and the portions are large. Pictured is the chicken curry, Kung Pao chicken, and a bun – all delicious. There are a couple tables outside to enjoy your food and the murals.

Tiny store but the food is cooked right there, Kung Pao and pork bun were phenomenal.

I haven’t eaten here in 10+ years only because I moved but from the photos nothing has changed. The food looks identical and the prices haven’t changed. Great price for great food! I’d recommend any of the dishes for lunch or dinner they can make it spicy too! Will come back soon to order and try again!
