Tasty spicy red salmon, lots of coconut rice if you aren’t watching carbs and get your broccoli on with these huge portions. Come early because they can get crowded.

P1 is a solid pho choice with 3 types of meat and rice noodles. Always a delicious combination. The thai coffee and a H10 is the other platter my wife tried, the chicken was tender and well cooked.

I went there on 12-10-22 for me and my partner’s anniversary as a small lunch date!! I got the Combination Beef rice Pho and lord was it amazing!! I enjoyed every bite!! Our server was the sweetest I did not get her name but she was amazing. I enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service I received. I will be going back 100%. I tried to take a nice picture but I was too excited and dug right in!!

My favorite Southeast Asian restaurants in Corvallis. I have tried almost all the dishes here, P1 and Padseew are the most delicious and distinctive. All the dishes were delicious and received five star reviews.

Pretty good, not excellent.

The staff is always super friendly and the food is delicious! Their salad rolls, spring rolls, deep fried dumplings, and the chicken with noodles combo plate are my favorites!

One of the nice pho place in Corvallis. I actually think it’s the best one, I like their egg noddle better than rice noddle.

This one is right in the middle (firmly mediocre): very clean, smells awesome inside, friendly service, sub-par pho. Got the special combination (P1) that was a bit pricey at $14. The vermicelli was good and plentiful, tasty broth that’s heavy on onions, but protein was lacking, (no tripe/tendon/fatty beef) only included about 5 pieces of very lean/dry beef strip and about 6 split meatballs. Must ask for Thai basil separately, and only received 4 leaves and no jalapeno. There is great potential here, but it seems like corners are being cut for the bottom line, and I’ll stick to Sam City.

We haven’t ate here for almost a year. During our last visit (July 2018), we were very certain this place has a new owner now (also people works in the kitchen all looks different now). Food quality (especially broth) is not as good as it used to be. However, as the only pho place in town, it’s fine when you don’t feel like to drive. Otherwise I would go to Albany for much better pho.

Service was top-notch. Food, well, bland would be one word. Not having salad rolls in the middle of summer seemed ill-planned at best.
